EEDAL2024 is organizing a Poster session and warmly invites contributions.

• If you missed the submission deadline for the EEDAL oral presentation session but still wish to share your research at EEDAL2024, the Poster session offers an excellent opportunity.
  
• Authors who have already submitted full papers to oral presentation session are also welcome to participate in the Poster session, providing additional visibility for their research.

Poster Requirements:
Size: Posters must be A1 size (59.4 cm wide by 84.1 cm tall). Please note that posters printed in smaller sizes and pieced together are not acceptable.
Title: The title should be displayed at the top of the poster in a font size of at least 42 pt.
Poster ID: Include your Poster ID at the bottom right of the poster. You will receive this ID after you submit the Poster session registration form.
Author Information: Names and affiliations should appear below the title, with additional details at the bottom of the poster.
Text: Ensure the text is concise and clearly presents your research. Use a minimum font size of 18 pt to ensure readability from 1.5 meters away.
Graphics: Each graphic should have a brief title and be clear. Use color graphics to enhance the visual appeal of your poster and ensure images correlate with the text.
Poster display: Participants must bring their printed posters to the conference venue, where staff will assist with mounting.

How to Register for the Poster Session:
1. Fill out and submit the Poster session registration form* to eedal2024@gmail.com.
2. Wait for approval to receive your Poster ID**.
3. Complete your conference registration (Poster session) via here.
4. Submit your poster in PDF format to eedal2024@gmail.com by September 30.
Notes:
*The Poster session registration form requires an abstract of your research. Full paper submissions are also welcome, papers accepted after review will be published in the Journal of Asian Institute of Low Carbon Design. Poster session participant needs to register for the conference with the 35,000JPY for normal participation and 30,000JPY for the student.
**Participants of the oral presentation session who wish to also join the Poster session must fill out the Poster session registration form and obtain a Poster ID. There is no need to register for the conference again, participation in the Poster session is free for them.
